High court OK's Personal Property Seizures

This case is definitely cause to be concerned. This sort of "decision" didn't happen overnight. The fact that it can even be allowed to happen is a sad testament to the fact that ordinary citizens like ourselves have NOT been keeping a close enough watch on what our "protectors of freedom" in our government have been doing.
WE the people are supposed to keep the government in line, by knowing the limits placed upon our government. Knowing how our government is set up (we the people have rights and give government powers... the government does NOT give us rights). Unfortunately, we haven't done that. Most Americans have never read the Constitution of the United States, let alone remember mostly what it says (it's just a couple pages long).
This should serve as a wake-up call. We've got a whole aspect of our society that would gladly empower government more and more to the point that it runs our lives. The definition for this Supreme Court decision is "Fascism" (and note that the only justices voting against this measure were conservative judges, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Sandra Day O'Connor, and Chief Justice Rehnquist. So don't someone dare come in here and say that the conservatives are on the side of helping big business steal from the little guy)
